What is Personal Information and why do we collect it?

This Personal Information is obtained in many ways including interviews, correspondence, by telephone and facsimile, by email, via our God’s Squad CMC website www.gscmc.com and our God’s Squad: The First 50 Years book website www.godssquad50.com, from your website, from media and publications, from other publicly available sources, from cookies and from third parties. We don’t guarantee website links or policy of authorised third parties.
We collect your Personal Information for the primary purpose of providing our services to you, providing information to our clients and marketing. We may also use your Personal Information for secondary purposes closely related to the primary purpose, in circumstances where you would reasonably expect such use or disclosure. You may unsubscribe from our mailing/marketing lists at any time by contacting us in writing.

God’s Squad CMC will not charge any fee for your access request, but may charge an administrative fee for providing a copy of your Personal Information.
In order to protect your Personal Information we may require identification from you before releasing the requested information.

It is an important to us that your Personal Information is up to date. We will take reasonable steps to make sure that your Personal Information is accurate, complete and up-to-date. TERMS & CONDITIONS
Thank you for your interest in purchasing a copy of God’s Squad: The First 50 Years. So that we’re clear, here are our Terms & Conditions of trade.
1. About God’s Squad: The First 50 Years
1) This is a book project of international motorcycle club, God’s Squad CMC (GSCMC). The publication is authorised and self-published by GSCMC. It remains the intellectual property of GSCMC and GSCMC owns the copyright. The website link www.godssquad50.com may be shared. However, no part of this website’s content or the book God’s Squad: The First 50 Years can be reproduced or transmitted in any form or by any means without permission in writing from GSCMC.
2) The book God’s Squad: The First 50 Years may be purchased via this website only.
3) You and GSCMC enter into a sale contract for the sale and supply of product/s described in this website when you select to Pre-Order and/or Order product/s via the website, to purchase the goods at the specified price, subject to these Terms & Conditions.
2. User Agreement
1) By accessing and/or using this website, you accept these Terms & Conditions and agree to be bound by them, and an agreement is formed between you and GSCMC.
2) These Terms & Conditions may be changed at any time without notice and your access to this website may be terminated at any time without notice. If we do change the Terms & Conditions, we may choose to advise you of the amendments by email. Your continued use of the website following such amendments will represent an agreement by you to be bound by these Terms & Conditions as amended. We recommend you review the Terms & Conditions for changes each time you use the website and before placing any Pre-Order and/or Order.
2. Payment
1) Payment for the purchase of product/s for sale and supply via this website must be completed at the time of Pre-Order and/or Order.
2) You and GSCMC enter into a sale contract for the sale and supply of product/s described in this website when you select to Pre-Order and/or Order product/s via the website by:
a. you placing an electronic Pre-Order and/or Order for the product/s using the website;
b. you confirming the Pre-Order and/or Order details in accordance with the procedure on the website;
c. you making payment in full (plus any applicable delivery charges) on the website; and
d. GSCMC accepting the purchase by issuing confirmation (via email and/or on the website) of receipt of your Pre-Order and/or Order.
3) When entering into a sale contract via the www.godssquad50.com website, you will be taken to have communicated your offer to purchase the product/s only when:
a. any requirements set out in these Terms & Conditions have been met;
b. the electronic instruction containing the Pre-Order and/or Order request from you enters and is recorded in our database;
c. a record of same is created and stored in our database; and
d. GSCMC receives in its account full payment from you for the product/s (including any applicable delivery and handling charges) and confirmation of that payment is received by our database.
4) You acknowledge that:
a. the transmission of your Pre-Order and/or Order or the confirmation of any payment, made through an electronic instruction may not be received by GSCMC for reasons beyond either parties’ reasonable control including but not limited to, electronic failure, mechanical, software, computer, or telecommunications, or the omission or failure of third party website providers or systems;
b. to the extent permitted by law, GSCMC is not liable to you in any way for any loss or damage at all and however caused, arising directly or indirectly in connection with the transmission of an electronic instruction through the website, or any failure to receive an electronic instruction for whatever reason;
c. GSCMC may act on and process all completed electronic instructions transmitted or issued through the website without further consent from or reference to you; and
d. GSCMC may treat an electronic instruction as authentic and is under no obligation to investigate the authenticity or authority of persons issuing or transmitting such electronic instructions, or to verify the accuracy and completeness of such electronic instructions.
5) You will receive an email from GSCMC as soon as is practicable after you have confirmed your Pre-Order and/or Order and made payment via the website. If you have any questions regarding your Order you may contact our GS50 Project Team via email: godssquad50project@gmail.com
6) If, for whatever reason related to these Terms & Conditions and/or our Privacy Policy, your Pre-Order and/or Order is not accepted by GSCMC, GSCMC will notify you by telephone or email and arrange for a full refund of any payment made by you to be processed.
7) GSCMC may, according to its sole and absolute discretion, accept or reject any purchase Pre-Order and/or Order made by you for any reason (or no reason), including an error in the advertised price for, or description of, the product/s on the website, or an error in your Pre-Order and/or Order.
8) Any representations made about stock availabilities are accurate to the last known stock level and are subject to change. If GSCMC cannot supply a particular product listed in the Shop on this website, GSCMC will notify you by telephone or email as soon as possible.
9) GSCMC will be deemed to have accepted your Pre-Order and/or Order when, in whatever order, we issue you by email a tax invoice for the sale and fulfil your Order.
3. Refunds
1) The product/s made available for purchase via the website will be supplied as described. In the event that product/s supplied to you are faulty and/or do not match the your Pre-Order and/or Order, as confirmed at time of purchase, you may request a refund for the cost of the product/s by emailing the GS50 Project Team: godssquad50project@gmail.com
2) GSCMC may refuse to refund your purchase if the product/s are deemed by GSCMC to match your confirmed Pre-Order and/or Order and/or the description of the product/s on the website.
3) Delivery costs may not be refunded.
4. Delivery
1) Subject to you complying with these Terms & Conditions and acceptance of your Order by GSCMC, GSCMC will sell and supply the product/s to you as shown on your Pre-Order and/or Order confirmation.
2) Any costs associated with delivery will be indicated on the website at time of Pre-Order and/or Order and will be payable by you via the website at time of purchase.
3) Product/s may not be available for immediate delivery. GSCMC will aim to deliver your Order as soon as possible after your payment has been received and Pre-Order and/or Order has been confirmed. GSCMC will contact you by email on receipt of your Pre-Order and/or Order to notify you of the indicative delivery date. You agree that your Pre-Order and/or Order for any item Not In Stock may take up to ten (10) to twelve (12) weeks to be delivered to you from the date you place your Pre-Order and/or Order.
5. Use of Goods
1) God’s Squad: The First 50 Years and any other product/s available for purchase on the website are for personal use and must not be made available for resale or other commercial gain by you or any other third parties.
2) The publication God’s Squad: The First 50 Years remains the intellectual property of GSCMC and GSCMC owns the copyright. The website link www.godssquad50.com may be shared.
